Vision Troubleshooting
If using vision with your classes, please be sure to:
1. Disconnect from your classroom at the end of each class period (found under the Administration Tab). This will ensure that other teachers can connect to student laptops in the next class.
2. Change each class to Automatically Accept. If it this is not selected, and you forget to disconnect from your class, other teachers will be unable to connect to the student’s laptop. Make this change to each of your classes by going to File > Classroom Manager > Click on one of your classes > Edit Classroom > Connectivity > change to Automatically Accept > Apply > OK

What do I do if the student's screen is grey?1. Verify the student is connected to the Network.
For Vision to work, students must be connected to the school's network. To check - have the student double click on My Computer to see if they have access to the drives (H:Drive, Q:Drive, etc.). 2. Verify the student's laptop name matches the one you put into Vision. To get the exact laptop name from a student's laptop - right click on My Computer > Properties > Computer Name |
